As a follow up to my recent post on the C-Pen Reader by Scanning Pens Ltd. I recommend you view the podcast below.  It contains information on the C-Pen Reader, and compares it to the ReadingPen 2 by Wizcom. Both pens were designed with the purpose of improving reading skills, understanding, learning, and utilizing text, but the differences in the two devices are quickly apparent.

The C-Pen Reader has a voice recorder, and a built in MP3 player. It’s sleeker, has a better voice, and it can upload directly to a PC and/or Mac. After experimenting with both pens, I think the C-Pen Reader will be a great addition to Assistive’s Loan Library.
