Visual timers benefit people who need help keeping track of activities, or help understanding a sense of time.  There are a lot of situations where a visual timer can help.

Time Tracker is a wonderful visual and audible timer that reinforce time management.  Bright light sections flash sequentially to give visual cues as to the amount of time remaining to complete a task.  The Time Tracker is divided into green, yellow and red-lighted sections, each representing a portion of time.  The yellow serves as a warning and the red light tells you that time is up.

Time Tracker

Time Tracker has 3 modes:

  • Clock – Regular digital clock displayed.
  • Manual – Program exactly how long you want each color section to stay lit.
  • Auto – Program the total amount of time you want and the Time Tracker will automatically divide the time into 80% green, 15% yellow and 5% red.

For added reinforcement, there are 6 different sound effects to play when a color section changes.  These sound effects can be used with one, two, or all three of the color sections.

These sound effects are:

  • “Begin!”
  • Bell
  • Siren
  • Ticking Clock
  • Buzzer
  • “Times Up!”

The Time Tracker has many uses and benefits including:

  • Staying on Task – Can see time passing and use individuals time better.
  • Transitioning – Moving from 1 activity to another to help anticipate and be ready for change.
  • Compliance – Tolerating necessary tasks that are less preferred.
  • Become Independent – Understand time concepts without having to tell the individual.
  • Time-Outs

Other features include:

  • Easy to program time from seconds to hours;
  • Volume control;
  • LCD display; and
