About Google Meet
Google Meet is Google’s advanced video calling app. As of May 2020 Google Meet has become free for everyone! It allows you to quickly and easily place and receive video calls from other Google Meet users. You can even join a Google Meet meeting even if you don’t have a Google Meet account.
Google Meet has the following features:
- Chat
- Voice & video calls, one-on-one or groups up to 250 people
- Screen sharing (on computers only)
- Call recording
- Live Captioning
To use Google Meet, you must have a Google account.

You can access Google Meet on a computer via web browser by visiting https://meet.google.com/.
