Assistive Technology (AT), for some, can be associated with words like complex and expensive.  Today, I want to show you that AT can be simple and inexpensive!

If you have difficulty getting in and out of your car seat, check out the swivel seat.  (Approximately $20)

 

To ease stepping in and out of the bathtub or shower, and to provide added stability, the suction cup grab bar is a quick fix!  (Approximately $15)

If bending over and putting socks on is difficult, you might find a sock aid  to be the AT you need. (Approximately $16)

Elastic Shoelaces could also come in handy.  Keep your shoes tied all the time – all you need to do is slip your feet into your shoes! (Approximately $6)
