Check out the picture to the left. This is just one of the fun-loving, money raising, bike teams who took part in IPAT’s Pedaling for Possibilities (P4P) on Saturday, February 28th. They were a new entry to the stationary bike race event, and will be fondly remembered as the Pedaling Pixies from Valley City!! Not only did they have others ‘eating their pixie dust,’ but their team captain reported, “We had so much fun, and laughed so much that I might have to have 2 teams next year!”
It was people like the ‘Pixies’ that made for a rockin’ race day. Not only did they bring spirit and a sense of fun, but along with individual donors, other bike teams, and community sponsors, they helped to raise $26,000+ to purchase assistive technology (AT) for Moorhead, MN and North Dakota residents!
